Center 95Teleweb. He has designed and set-up
the China call centers of NOKIA (China), NOKIA
(Japan), SONY-ERICSSON, AVAYA, MICROSOFT, Shanghai
Volkswagen, Beijing Jeep, China Mobile, China
Unicom, China netcom, China Life Insurance,
Taikung Insurance, Ping An Insurance etc.
Dr Lee is a proud alumnus of the Ohio State
University in the United States. He graduated
from the department of Industrial & System Engineering
department; received his doctor's degree and
even taught there for a while before he joined
AT&T Bell Laboratories, where his baptism into
call center industry began. Not surprisingly,
Dr Lee's portfolio is studded with awards and
achievements and he has held several top positions
in various echelons of the Chinese Industry
Ministry and in other regulatory bodies. In
the past, Dr Lee has served as the Commissioner
of Expert Guiding Committee of the China Call
Center Professional Career Standard; the deputy
director of China Customer Relation Management
Committee and Chief Auditor of the China Academy
of Labor and Social Security of the Call Center
Professional Job Standardization.
