CBBL – World’s most Exclusive Business Leader Certification
The BCI CBBL Program is among the world’s most innovative and cutting edge programs designed for professionals who expect to lead a BPO business or a company in the near future. Currently available only upon invitation, the CBBL program is ideally meant for professionals who are either heading a function in a BPO outfit and expect to head it soon or for those, who are already heading a small outfit and wish to break into the big league. BCI certifies only 50 such professionals carefully chosen from BCI’s Top 20 BPO Companies.

CBBL – Only Upon Invitation
BCI’s BPO Leadership Development Center continually tracks the most successful leaders and functional heads of BPO organizations worldwide and invites a select few among them for this prestigious certification. Invited professionals undergo a hi-power Expert Certification Class (ECC) for 5 days and then assessed for their learnings in the BCI Certification Examination (BCE). Successful qualification of the BCE leads to the award of the BCI’s CBBL Certification.

CBBL – Six Rigorous Modules
The ECC covers six sharp modules covering six critical areas of BPO Leadership as it is seen today. These are – Global BPO Environment, BPO Business Strategy, BPO Business Marketing, BPO Organization Management, Financial Management in BPO, People Management in BPO.

The CBBL Assessment System:
The CBBL program is woven around a rigorous assessment system, which accords high importance to continuous monitoring of skills development in real-terms in a participant. There are in all 07 small assessments spread out strategically across the 36 hours of training delivery. The CBBL Assessment System is composed of two different types of tests – SLPs and the final Examination.
