BPO Strategy Research Center (BSRC)
The BSRC is mandated to conduct fundamental and applied research in the tools, techniques, models, concepts and systems of designing and implementing people competency development strategies in BPO companies. BSRC also syndicates and commissions research in other operations-critical areas for the BPO industry. The BSRC is also planning to extend its research capacities and outputs inorganically by building strong and meaningful partnerships with other research bodies and university departments.

BSRC Structure

Key Mandate of the BCI BSRC includes the following

• Research & development of cutting-edge models, concepts, frameworks, systems and processes related to managing talent supply chain in the global BPO industry today
• Incubation and development of cutting-edge BPO Business and talent management strategies for client organizations
• Offering survey, study, research and analysis services to organizations in the outsourcing/ BPO space in areas and functions like HRM, work culture, operations effectiveness, quality etc
• Sharing of Knowledge Resources with BCDC, CMC and BLDC for maintaining mutual operational synergies
• Interfacing with governments, leading companies, professional bodies and institutions on issues related to BPO Strategies and Talent Supply Chain Management
