Human Competence Examination Board of BCI requires all CBPA® applicants to compulsorily undergo Instructor-led CBPA® preparatory training. Either the registrant trains with a BPO Training Company which is BCI’s authorized CTP in her/ his country/ region/ city OR undergoes the Certification Training program in her/ his University/ college if this institution is a BCI authorized Institutional Training Partner (ITP).
