of standards for the global BPO Industry. These standards
underlie the 3 clusters of BCI Certification programs –
those related to human competence (for BPO professionals),
for Service Delivery and for Talent Management Quality
The BSDQ22 is the worlds most versatile
and comprehensive set of standards for Service Delivery,
which BPOs of all kinds can implement. The BSDQ22 Certification
therefore is helps a BPO company benchmark its delivery
architecture and systems on global norms.
The BTMQ10 is the world’s first
and most advanced Talent Management Quality standards,
established to help the global BPO industry manage and optimize
talent quality.
In addition to the BCI enterprise-level certifications,
BCI also has a set of Human Competence Standards
that apply to professionals working in BPOs. There are 8
certifications for BPO professionals working across positions
and levels.
