BSDQ/ BTMQ
BCI’s enterprise-level standards and certifications
have been developed after years of research, validation and
calibration of best practices, processes and systems being
used worldwide across nearly 18 different categories of BPO
companies. The BSDQ22 and BTMQ10 Standards and certifications
become especially unique because of the fact that in addition
to usual call centers and contact centers, they cover BPO-types
that offer more complex and value-added services to their
clients.
The BSDQ22 Standards relate to Service
Delivery excellence quality resident in a BPO organization.
Assessments are made across 22 Capability Spheres to evaluate
improvement needs according to the BSDQ Service Delivery
Master Standards (SDMS).

The BTMQ10 Standards prescribe quality
norms and parameters for Talent Management best practices
and systems in a BPO organization. A BTMQ10 certified organization
exhibits finely synchronized combination of systems, processes
and policies in 10 result-critical areas.
