Regarded as one of
the world's leading authorities in the management

competencies, Ken Standfield is the originator of
the concept and underlying sciences of Intangible
Intelligence and Intangible Management, and is the
developer of the fields of Intangible Accounting,
Intangible Economics, Intangible Risk Management,
Intangible Finance, Intangible Project Management,
Intangible Process Reengineering and Intangible Change
Management. He has deployed his theories in developing
state-of-the-art models in competency development,
financial valuation, financial reporting, and management
to assist organizations enhance their productivity,
revenues, earnings, and shareholder value. |
Ken, a contributor to more than 40 international intangible
standards, is the Chairman of the International Intangible
Management Standards Institute (http://www.standardsinstitute.org),
and the Chairman of the Global Cost to Value Taskforce.
He has authored seminal works like: Intangible Management:
Tools for Solving the Accounting and Management Crisis (which
won the prestigious RR Hawkins Award for the best business,
management, and accounting book in the United States in
2002) and Intangible Finance Standards: Advances in Fundamental
and Technical Analysis (2005). He is a keynote speaker of
international acclaim on issues related to the realities
of operating in today's Intangible Economy and has addressed
audiences in Switzerland, Canada, the United Kingdom, United
States, China, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Hong
Kong.
Ken is a former lecturer in Statistics & Economics,
an actuarial scholarship holder, and holds a finance degree
and an honorary doctorate for his contributions to management
science through new principles of financial valuation and
financial reporting of intangibles.
As the BCI Management Board Chairman, Ken expects to leverage
his vast knowledge base, networks, and competencies in Intangible
intelligence to purposefully lead initiatives of developing
state-of-the-art models on competency development and knowledge
management in the BPO space.
BCI Leadership Structure
