Examination Schedule
BCI certification examinations are conducted through regular assessment during the Expert Certification Class (ECC) and one consolidated final examination at the end of the ECC. It is compulsory for all the certification applicants to take the examination at the end of the ECC.

If an applicant has failed in the certification examination he/she can register free for one re-examination as per the next certification training & assessment schedule in her/his area.

BCI strongly encourages all the aspirants taking re-examination to register early for the exam. Exam seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for all the eligible applicants. Training and examination fee is collected by the BCI authorized CTPs and all the fees related to training, examination and certification are nonrefundable, nondeferrable, and nontransferable.

All the eligible candidates should write to examination@bpocertifications.com mentioning their registration number for registering in the next examination.

Examination Policies
When you register for the certification training /examinations, remember:

You must comply with the examination rules and regulations, abide by the candidate responsibility statement, and adhere to instructions at the examination site. Candidates who violate these conditions may have their examination results voided and may be suspended or expelled from the Certification program. Specific instructions and further details will be provided at the time of registration for certification.

Examination Results and Status
Examination results are provided directly to candidates and are also uploaded on BCI website (www.bpocertifications.com).

BCI understands the importance of authentic testing outcomes. The BCI credentialing apparatus uses multi layer process which eliminates any chances of flaws and the outcomes are as per the performance of an examinee.

Examination Results
Examination results are communicated on the respective e-mail addresses of the certification aspirants and that of their sponsoring organization (If any) within 72 hours of completion of examination.

Provisional Certificates of Completion
Provisional certificates of completion are sent to all the successful applicants by the CTPs within one week of declaration of the results

Award of BCI Certification
Upon completion of all certification requirements candidates are awarded the applicable BCI Certification. As these certificates are issued from the BCI headquarters in Texas, USA, it normally takes about one month time for the applicant to receive the final certificates. In case the candidate is from a sponsoring organization final certificates are sent to the organization directly and the candidates can receive the same as per their sponsorship terms.
