BCI Certification Programs follow a rigorous multilayer process to ensure that certified professionals fulfill even the most stringent of industry norms and acquit themselves well in the responsibilities assigned to them on the basis of their Certification. At all stages of the process, there is pre-defined verification and cross-testing mechanisms to ensure decisions are based on validated, unprejudiced and transparent practices.

Continuous assessment of learning progress is a critical part of every BCI Expert Certification Class (ECC).

Each BCI Certification program follows a rigorous process that begins with the Candidacy verification stage, in which, the credentials and certification objectives of applicants are evaluated. This stage includes checks across three aspects: qualification; experience and career aspirations. Eligible applicants are then taken through the 3-step registration process in which they enunciate their respective current & aspired job-designs.Based on these and BCI authorized Certification Training Partners (CTP) create a compatible Training Requirement Sheet (TRS). All the TRSs of a batch of certification applicants are distilled to create the training schedule.

An individual who fails in the Certification examination is allowed a 2nd chance free of cost. Second failure, however pushes the individual back to the training stage and he/ she has to reapply for the training program with the CTP in their preferred location. Third failure pushes an individual to the beginning of the Certification process.

A rigorous, scientific, statistically advanced and completely transparent Credentialing backbone is critical for any certification program to inspire trust and reliability among professionals and organizations that recognize certifications.

BCI has a Credentialing backbone, which is among the most rigorous. Created and audited by neutral experts the BCI Credentialing system is managed by a completely fire walled BCI Center called the Credentialing Management Center.

Any certification program has to successfully pass through the rigorous 18 stage BCI Credentialing Apparatus and qualify ten quality barriers before getting commissioned in the BCI portfolio.

All BCI Certifications have an uncompromising stress on a Universal Code of Professional Ethics (UCPE), which every single Certified Professional is required to follow. Any breach of this promise on the part of an individual to follow the UCPE summarily results in the nullification of his/ her Certification.

Each BCI Certified Professional signs on the sacrosanct UCPE at the time of Investiture and Certification award. Equally importantly, a strong undercurrent of professional ethics strategically flows throughout all BCI programs with the succinct objective of generating a vested interest in following ethical practices at work.
