As
a Certification Training Provider (CTP), a training
organization can multiply its business possibilities
in selected geographies by offering Certification
Training to all categories of BCI Certification
aspirants – whether they are experienced
BPO professionals or fresh graduates, aspiring
for a career in BPO. The CTP obtains BCI permission
to deal in all BCI pre- and post-experience Certification
Programs and is authorized to deliver the entire
range of services surrounding BCI Certifications
– from Advocacy & Marketing, to Registration
and Training and in certain cases, even administration
of pre-certification BCI Assessments. On its part,
BCI offers complete assistance in setting up all
aspects of certification training operations.
In addition, if there is a need, BCI content partners
provide the required reading and trainer support
material. In fact, BCI has one of the best Partner
Assistance programs anywhere in the world.
Following are four levels of the
new BCI CTP Partner Program:
Regional Chartered CTP:
The RC-CTP obtains rights from BCI to operate business
in select number of countries in a particular
geographic zone as BCI authorized Chartered
CTP. RC-CTPs are authorized to appoint their own
business partners and conduct business from
unlimited number of locations across chosen
countries.
Chartered CTP:
The C-CTP obtains rights from BCI to operate business
in a single country. It is authorized to appoint
its own business partners and conduct business
from unlimited number of locations within the
country. All other BCI appointed Network CTPs
in the country are also serviced by the Chartered
CTP. BCI appoints only one Chartered CTP in
a country.
Regional Network CTP:
The RN-CTP obtains rights from BCI to operate business
in a select number of countries in a geographic
zone. It is authorized to recruit maximum three
of its own business partners in each country
and conduct business from maximum FIVE locations
in each of the countries chosen for business.
BCI is free to recruit other business partners
in these countries who in turn, can conduct business
from any number of locations in them.
Network CTP:
The N-CTP obtains rights from BCI to operate business
in one country. It is authorized to recruit
maximum THREE of its own business partners in
the country of operations and can conduct business
from maximum FIVE locations in the country chosen
for business. BCI is free to recruit other business
partners in the chosen country who in turn, can
conduct business from any number of locations
in them.
