CTSS program is designed for professionals working in Tech-Support BPO organizations and who now desire to take on more challenging roles and rise to supervisory/ team lead roles as soon as possible. The Certification seeks to evaluate the applicants’ knowledge of technologies, concepts, platforms and service formats etc., in Tech-support firms globally.

A typical CTSS® Certified professional exhibits an all-round knowledge and capabilities of performing complex tasks and functions in any Tech-support BPO. A CTSS® professional is:

  • Aptly Qualified & Educated: A typical CTSS® certified will at least have a Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in IT/ computer applications. (S)he would have also undergone specialist training in technical help-desk management and may also hold a CTSA® certification from BCI.

  • Aptly Experienced: A CTSS® certified would typically carry at least 1 year of experience in a recognized Tech-support BPO. In addition, her/ his work experience shows intensive exposure to the typical BPO environment.

  • Aptly Aware & Exposed: CTSS® is awarded after comprehensively testing a registrant's knowledge & awareness of all contemporary concepts of technical support services commonly handled in BPOs. The CTSS® Certified show a good understanding of issues related to legalities, confidentiality, information security and document formats.

  • Aptly Skilled & Competent: The CTSS® certified exhibit most polished skills in keyboarding, team-working, understanding client workflows, performance planning and quality management. They show experience of handling and managing stress, impatience, restlessness and anger at workplace. They are also skilled in spreadsheets, word-processing, typing and document arrangement.
