Value 1: Uncompromising Quality Consciousness
BCI’s products, programs, activities, strategies and operations management and service delivery systems, all reflect a strong consciousness for continuous quality monitoring, measurement and management. Each of the four arms of BCI have well-trained Quality Champions, supported smartly and strongly by a strategic network of processes and technology. BCI’s commitment to quality can be also seen by the fact that it is probably among very few International Certification bodies with an Ombudsmen body embedded in its BCI Leadership.

Value 2: Complete Transparency with Stakeholders
Similarly, Transparency is accorded extreme importance at BCI and it is embedded inextricably in our value-fabric. BCI’s very business is about integrity and clean and honest transactions with all its stakeholders. As clearly reflected in the other two values mentioned above, Ethics is the center of whatever BCI does, offers, thinks and relates to. All BCI Certification programs, for instance, have sacrosanct Code of Ethics, much the same way as there are for all BCI members.
