BCI’s operations management and service delivery systems have been strategically created to lend quality, transparency, reliability and investment value to all its stakeholders. BCI’s Knowledge Resources
All BCI services and activities deploy the tools, techniques,
methodologies, models and frameworks BCI’s knowledge
teams have developed over the course of the last three years.
BCI’s pre-certification training programs, for instance,
reflect a strong interplay of knowledge sets related to BPO
domain realities, competence parameters and demands at different
levels on the one hand and skill development strategies and
techniques, on the other. Two of our arms - BPO Strategy Research
Center and BPO Competency Development Center are the primary
source of all such knowledge, which BCI deploys in its operations.
