Available across 50+ countries, the Certified Customer Interaction Program (CCIP®) is one of the world’s most powerful international qualification for career starters in the Customer Interaction profession. Successful completion of the program leads to the award of the CCIP® credential and the permission to use the CCIP® designation. CCIP® certified professionals have proven knowledge and competence to function in multiple roles including front-desk officers in hotels and banks etc.; customer service executives in contact centers and backoffices and telemarketing professionals in call centers and internal sales departments of organizations.
CCIP® becomes the world’s most comprehensive customer interaction qualification because of its rigorous inclusion of all possible knowledge and competence aspects: customer service skills; sales & teleselling; keyboarding; computer operations; language & communication and role awareness.
CCIP® is awarded to individuals who successfully complete the requirements for this qualification as prescribed by the BPO Professional Certification Council (BPCC). These requirements primarily include qualifying the online CCIP® examinations organized worldwide in various authorized BCI centers on dates specified in the BCI assessments calendar.
Preparation for CCIP® examinations can either be done through self-study, or by training with any of the authorized BCI Training Providers including the BPO & IT Training Academies and International Centers for Outsourcing Studies in universities operating in various countries.
