Become a CTSA‌® Certificant

Attaining the CTSA‌® qualification is a simple five-step process:

  1. Step 1: Choose the Authorized Training Provider / International Center of Outsourcing & Software Studies / ICT Learning Centers in your region
Please note that you can register for CTSA‌® only at the above mentioned Partner locations.
  2. Step 2: Register for CTSA‌®
Please contact the Center Manager/Official In Charge of registration at your selected center.
  3. Step 3: Train & Prepare for the CTSA‌® Certification Assessments
After your registration with BCI for CTSA‌® is completed and approved, the head of training at your selected training-provider center will register you in one of the batches they are running. You will be required to complete CTSA‌® pre-certification training/preparation as prescribed by the training center. After successful completion of your training, your training provider will assign you Preparation Completion Credits (PCC), which entitles you to take the Certification examination at the authorized BCI assessment centers. You can also take online mock tests which will help you in preparation for the final assessment.
  4. Step 4: Take the CTSA‌® Certification Assessments
Take the CTSA‌® certification examination at the authorized BCI assessment center (Your training center will give you details of the center and the assessment schedule). Assessments are completely online. Ideally, you can take the CTSA‌® examination after three months of registration and should complete your examination maximum within 1 year from the date of registration.
  5. Step 5: Certification Decision
You are there now. If you qualify the CTSA‌® examination, the credential is awarded to you. You will receive your CTSA‌® credential pack from your training center ideally within 30-45 days of declaration of examination results.
