Three of the four BCI centers – BSRC, BCDC and BLDC – each publish their own journals. These are quarterly and managed by expert editorial teams representing different facets of the Global BPO Industry. Also, each of these publications is available online to BCI registered members, as of now and plans are afoot to make them interactive.
