The principle mandate of the BCI Talent Systems Audit Group (TSAG) is to enable client BPO organizations measure, rate and improve the all-round health and effectiveness of their talent management systems, processes and practices. The overall impact of the TSAG interventions can be experienced across a number of points on a client BPO’s typical talent management system – improved employer-brand appeal; more optimized and measurable recruitment processes; more accountable and credible mobility-, promotion- and reward management practices; tighter control on employee attrition/ turnover and vastly enriched employee performance management.
All TSAG services and interventions are founded on the Talent Management Master Standards (TMMS Release 1.4) first approved by BPO Enterprise Standards Council (BESC) in its 2006 Charter. The TSAG also facilitates external BCI Audit Partners in the implementation of the BCI TMMS - Release 1.4 standards in client organizations. Client organizations value these services greatly as their course to achieving BTMQ-07® or BTMQ-10® certifications is paved well.
In addition, TSAG offers services related to Enterprise-wide Standards development to multinational BPO organizations who intend to level systems, policies and practices in all their operational units and offices across the world. Expectedly, the TMMS works as an ideal knowledge platform in such projects and ensures speedier, more focused and vastly cost-effective proposition for BPO companies who intend to develop their own internal standards of Human Competence and Talent Management.
Also, TSAG is geared to work directly with governments - in tandem with the BCI Government Advisory Services Group (GASG) - in industry change projects, where nations aim at building their own edifices of qualification and competence frameworks and enterprise excellence standards for their domestic BPO industries to help them become globally competitive.
