The BPO Team-Lead Specialist Certification of BCI is perceived among the most widely useful qualification benchmarks for the BPO Industry. Among the six different Certification bouquets which the BPO Professional Certification Council (BPCC) approved in its last amended Charter in 2006, the CBTS® (Certified BPO Team Lead Specialist) Certification braved the most rigorous validation exercises extending across four continents even as it survived demanding audits and rips by hundreds of senior professionals to test its suitability as an effective third-party tool for taking decisions of promotion/ mobility and rewards in BPOs.
Effective June 2008, the BPCC Charter accords the designation “Team-Lead Specialist” only to individuals who qualify the candidacy norms laid down in the latest HCMS21 Release 3.1 Standards and who complete all the requirements and qualify the assessment criteria prescribed by the Human Competence Examination Board.
