Credentialing Management Center (CMC)
CMC is the nerve center of BCI. Its key mandate is to manage
the systems, processes and procedures of Credentialing and
Certification award to deserving participants. CMC coordinates
with all Credentialing partners across the globe and helps
them in customizing curricula of various certification offerings
in keeping with the generic and dynamic competency demands
by the BPO industry. A team of experts in CMC is also working
on the next-generation BCI Credentialing Project to develop
its own state-of-the art Credentialing Apparatus, which
is expected to be commissioned in 2008.
CMC Structure

Key activities of CMC include
- Research & development of credentialing and certification related models, processes and systems
- Development and Customization of special Client-centric Certification Programs for leading outsourcers and talent reservoirs
- Incubation, Nurturing, Vetting, Validation and Credentialing of new professional certification programs initiated by BCI & its Partners globally
- End-to-end Global Governance of certification processes of all active BCI Certification programs across the world
- Sharing of Knowledge Resources with BCDC, BSRC and
BLDC for maintaining mutual operational synergies
- Interfacing with governments, leading companies, professional bodies and institutions on issues related to professional Certification
