Indeed, without the support of well-meaning professionals like you, it would be impossible for BCI to continue serving the dynamic and perfection-expecting global BPO community. We would be ever so happy to read your story; some account of how your own career; or the functioning of your organization may have changed for the better; or the cause for which BCI came with you was benefited significantly.

Needless to say, we will use your story in relevant contexts only for motivating other professionals, organizations, bodies and departments etc., in their quest for excellence.
