CTSA‌® Program

Available across 50+ countries, the Certified Technical Support Program (CTSA‌®) is one of the world’s most powerful international qualifications for career starters in the technical support profession. Successful completion of the program leads to the award of the CTSA‌® credential and the permission to use the CTSA‌® designation. CTSA‌® certified professionals have proven knowledge and competence to function in multiple roles including troubleshooting in back-offices and as helpdesk professionals in tech-support BPOs and customer support service desks and departments of organizations.

CTSA‌® becomes the world’s most comprehensive technical support qualification because of its rigorous inclusion of all possible knowledge and competence aspects: IT and systems; common software knowledge; troubleshooting; skills; customer support activities & helpdesk; keyboarding; computer operations; language & communication and role awareness.

CTSA‌® is awarded to individuals who successfully complete the requirements for this qualification as prescribed by the BPO Professional Certification Board (BPCB). These requirements primarily include qualifying the online CTSA‌® examinations organized worldwide in various authorized BCI centers on dates specified in the BCI assessments calendar.

Preparation for CTSA‌® examinations can either be done through self-study, or by training with any of the authorized BCI Training Providers including the BPO & IT Training‎ Academies and International Centers for Outsourcing Studies in universities operating in various countries.
