CCIS‌ Program

The Certified Customer Interaction Specialist (CCIS‌™) credential stands tall as the world’s most powerful & complete international qualification for contact center professionals and those working on frontdesks, in telebooking & ticketing centers etc. Successful completion of the CCIS‌™ program leads to the award of the CCIS‌™ credential, and a permission to use the CCIS‌™ designation. CCIS‌™ certified professionals have proven knowledge and competence for handling complex roles like senior customer service executives in contact centers and back-offices and telemarketing specialists in call centers and internal sales departments of organizations and as Front-desk heads in hotels and banks.

Available across 50+ countries, CCIS‌™ has become a globally preferred customer interaction qualification because of its rigorous inclusion of all possible knowledge and competence aspects surrounding the customer interaction profession: advanced aspects of Customer relationship management, customer service; sales & teleselling; email & chat-based interactions; CRM software and dashboards; multicultural communication and mentoring and team-based work.

CCIS‌™ is awarded to individuals who successfully complete the requirements as prescribed by the BPO Professional Certification Board (BPCB). These requirements primarily include submissions of proofs of competence accumulated through formal learning and past work and/or qualifying the online CCIS‌™ examinations organized worldwide in various authorized BCI centers on dates specified in the BCI Assessments Calendar.

Though prior training for CCIS‌™ is not mandatory under BCI policies, preparation for CCIS‌™ examinations can certainly be done by applicants: either through self-study, or by training with any of the authorized BCI Training Providers, including independent BPO/IT training academies, as well as International Centers for Outsourcing Studies in universities operating in various countries. Also, employer-BPO organizations across the world have been making in-company arrangements for this training for their senior agents, who have been selected for the CCIS‌™ program.
